We are currently giving all our UK customers free delivery on orders over £991. Worldwide customers get free delivery on orders over £2001.

Yes simply select "Collect in Store" from the shipping method options at the checkout, print off your order dispatched email and bring it with you to our collection point in ladieswear along with some ID. Should you choose to have the item shipped at a later point, we will need to take a shipping payment by phone.
If your order was placed before 2.30pm, Monday-Friday, it will be sent that day2,3; otherwise your order will be sent out on the next business day. It will arrive the following business day. We will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.

All our orders are trackable and we will email you a tracking link as soon as the order has been collected by FedEx.
We offer every customer that orders online the opportunity to select a delivery address that is different to the billing address. For security reasons this service is offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or ask that proof of address is provided before shipping. Orders placed over the telephone must be shipped to the billing address. Unfortunately if the order has already been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed. In this situation the order will need to be returned and re-dispatched and there may be an additional charge for this.
As part of our company policy we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and ourselves. We treat all information provided to us as part of a security check with the utmost care and it will not be kept longer than is necessary to dispatch the order. Please note that if you have been asked to provide additional information we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.
FedEx will leave a card with the available options detailed on the card. They will attempt delivery twice after which if delivery has not been successful they will hold the order at the local FedEx depot for collection for one week. If the order is not collected after 1 week the order will be returned.
All orders to destinations outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes when it arrives in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately we are unable to say what the duties and taxes will be as they are not set by us.
Unfortunately we are unable to do this as it is illegal and could affect further shipments to that country. Random spot checks are also used by many customs authorities.
We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes.
