Psyche offers FREE Delivery on ALL UK orders with no minimum spend. All our orders are trackable - you will be emailed a tracking link when your order has been collected by FedEx or Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday), will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 4pm will be sent out the next business day.
If you have selected our next working day delivery service by FedEx then your order will arrive the following business day. Our FREE Royal Mail tracked delivery service willl ensure your order arrives within 2 - 3 working days.
We will send you an email with a unique tracking number and a link for you to trace your order. Please note that same day dispatch is not always possible during busy sale periods or should your order be delayed due to security checks.
We also offer FREE Returns on ALL UK orders if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Each order includes an envelope containing your order documents with a pre-paid Royal Mail Returns Label and simple instructions on how your purchase should be safely returned to us.
We offer a "Collect in Store" option at the checkout page. Once your order is ready to collect, we will send you a confirmation email which you should print and bring into store along with proof of ID e.g. Driving License or bankers card. The collection point is located in our ladieswear department on the second floor.

Why have I been asked for additional information?
As part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential and will be disposed of once your order has been dispatched. Please note, if you have been asked to provide additional information we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.
Can I change my delivery address?
At the checkout page, we offer the opportunity to select a delivery address that is different to the billing address. For security reasons this service is offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or ask that proof of address is provided before shipping. Orders placed over the telephone will be shipped only to the billing address.
Unfortunately, if the order has already been sent out the delivery address cannot be changed. In this situation the order will need to be returned to us and re-dispatched which may result in an additional charge to your bill.
What happens if I'm not there when FedEx deliver?
FedEx will leave a failed delivery card with some available options. Delivery will be attempted twice which, if still unsuccessful, your order will be held for one week at your nearest FedEx depo for you to collect. If the order is still not collected after one week the order will be returned to Psyche.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we have a gift wrapping service available at the checkout page. Whether it's for you or someone special, we can gift wrap your garments and add a personal message.
Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Do you deliver to mail forwarding companies?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to mail forwarding companies. If an order is made for delivery to a mail forwarding company you may be asked for an alternative address and your order may be subject to additional delivery costs.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and these local fees are not included in your Psyche invoice. Please check the Royal Mail or FedEx website (subject to your shipping preferences) for more information about international charges if you are unsure.
For US shipping if the value is under $200 USD you will not have to pay duties, over this amount you will have to pay import tax.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT reduction on their order. This is automatically applied at the checkout once you have confirmed your delivery details.
We can refund VAT on items sold and sent to BFPO addresses if the address is located outside the EU or meets the following requirements:
BFPO Addresses Based Outside the EU - please e-mail us with your order number once you have placed your order.
BFPO Addresses Based within the EU - before we can issue a VAT refund for an order dispatched to a BFPO address based within the EU, we must obtain a "certificate of entitlement" confirming that the items have been dispatched to and received by a qualifying body or person as set out in paragraph 14.2 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725.
For goods which are dispatched to BFPO addresses in Cyprus or Germany, we require a certificate from the person placing the order for verification purposes. Claiming entitlements are as followed:
British forces in Cyprus - under Article 14(1)(g) of EC Council Directive 77/388/EEC or
Visiting forces in Germany - under Article 15(10) of EC Council Directive 77/388/EEC.
Psyche requires this certificate in accordance with Section 14 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725. If this certificate is not supplied we are not able to make a refund.
